MASTERPLAN

Freemans Ridge at Carnes Hill commenced in 2009 with the vision to create brilliant new home opportunities on a limited-number of generously sized blocks. The original 87 hectare agricultural management site housing a poultry processing plant and farms which adjoined the Carnes Hill Marketplace, has now been transformed into a rich community of some 850 lots, the Carnes Hill Community Precinct and open space parkland.
