Our Park Ridge site is an urban infill greenfield project tucked into the intersection of the Mount Lindesay Highway and Park Ridge Road. The site features a 2.7-hectare lake and it is 25 kilometres south of the Brisbane CBD.
The site falls within the Logan City Council Local Government Area Planning Scheme of 2015 which identifies the intent for future development of the Park Ridge area.
This site will contribute both residential stock and employment land to the fast-growing South East Queensland market.
