• A total area of 300 hectares under single ownership and one of four major landowners in the Greater Macarthur Growth Area
• Potential to create 3000 dwellings, schools and a local retail centre with community facilities
• Our plan is to protect the Cumberland Plain Conservation Areas identified along Ousedale Creek to the South of the site for koala habitat
