Following the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure’s release of the final planning package for the Aerotropolis, we were proud to be the first major landowner to lodge a Master Plan application for our 184 Hectare site.
Our Masterplan was approved and made operational by the Minister for Planning on 11 July 2025 which enables our extensive Complying Development pathway. This streamlined pathway allows us to self-certify solutions for future tenants that are up to 20 hectares in total footprint and 52 metres in height. Ingham & Co is the only industrial site in the Aerotropolis that offers this level of program advantage on large and flat employment zoned land in Greater Sydney.
The 90MW Bradfield North Zone Substation is currently being constructed by Endeavour Energy on our site and will be fully commissioned in late 2025. This substation is designed for immediate expansion to 120MWs. In addition, we are finalising negotiations for an integrated renewable energy solution which will enable our tenants to benefit from access to 100% green energy, produced by up to 70MW of rooftop solar power, currently the largest planned rooftop solar generation project in Australia, and an integrated 120MWh utility scale on-site Battery Energy Storage Solution (BESS).
Ingham & Co is proud to be partnering with ALDI for Stage 1 to deliver their $1 billion state of the art high bay automated distribution centre for NSW on a 22 hectare site representing the largest private investment in the Aerotropolis to date.
On completion, Ingham & Co will provide industrial, commercial retail space of up to one million square metres. Pre-lease opportunities are now available from 5,000 to 100,000 square metres.
