Casula

Positioned in the heart of Casula, our 4.3-hectare site is the final portion of the original 42-acre Ingham family farm purchased in 1918. Owned by the family for four generations, the site presents a rare greenfield urban infill opportunity.

The original farm was decommissioned in the 1970’s, with portions progressively transformed into residential and commercial developments that have contributed to Casula’s growth. Existing structures were cleared in December 2024 to pave the way for future redevelopment.

Situated on the corner of the Hume Highway and Old Kurrajong Road, the site is entirely within 700 metres of the existing and underutilised Casula Train Station, 500 metres east of Casula Mall and just 2.7 kilometres south of Liverpool CBD. The site is zoned for high density residential and offers a unique opportunity to create a distinctive eastern gateway to the Liverpool CBD and a heart of the Casula community by tying together existing parks, transport and retail amenity.

Our vision is to deliver a legacy project that fosters growth, prosperity, and community to become the heart of Casula. We envisage the future development of the site will provide diverse housing options, support local business through carefully curated street activation (shops and cafes), and create an active, walkable, and sustainable neighbourhood that connects the surrounding areas. The development will have a strong focus on pedestrian permeability prioritising green links to Leacock Regional Park and Jardine Park and will focus on infrastructure improvements to enhance connections with Casula Train Station.

We are currently exploring development opportunities to bring this vision to life. This legacy project aims to honour the past, serve the present and shape the future for the people of Casula, creating a well-connected, liveable and enduring place to call home.
