Park Ridge

Our Park Ridge site is an urban infill greenfield project tucked into the intersection of the Mount Lindesay Highway and Park Ridge Road. The site features a 2.7-hectare lake and it is 25 kilometres south of the Brisbane CBD.

The site is situated within the Logan City Council Local Government Area and is governed by the 2015 Planning Scheme, which outlines the intent for future development in the Park Ridge area. The development is poised to contribute both residential stock and employment land to the fast-growing South East Queensland market.

Comprising 36 hectares under single ownership, the property is located 25 kilometres south of the Brisbane CBD at 3798-3810 Mount Lindesay Highway, Park Ridge. It enjoys prominent frontage to the Mount Lindesay Highway, Park Ridge Road, and Talinga Drive, providing excellent accessibility.

A Structure Plan Proposal was approved on 9 April 2025, designating 11 hectares for employment land and 20 hectares for residential development, supporting the area’s planned growth and mixed-use opportunities. These uses were subdivided on 13 November 2025.
